Starting 1/25/24 - Join us for our next DBT Skills group for adults.
This 8-week group will focus on skill building in the four modules of DBT: mindfulness, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and emotion regulation. The group will include coaching calls with a therapist outside of the group.
This group is right for you if:
You struggle with anxiety and/or depressive symptoms
You are looking for skills to support you when the anxiety feels overwhelming
You are hoping to improve your relationships with others
You struggle to set those much needed boundaries with others
You want to build connections with others who are experiencing what you're experiencing
You keep trying to build that effective self-care plan, but it never quite happens!
You've been told to try DBT, but you haven't had much experience with it yet OR
You have participated in DBT but would like a refresher.
Group Information Location: Virtual Date: Thursdays starting 1/25 for 10 weeks Time: 5pm - 6pm
