This 12-week group program is designed to support adults who are parents or caregivers to children or teenagers diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
The group will be focused on:
Building community and support
Discussing relevant topics related to Autism Spectrum Disorder
Strategizing on how to navigate different challenges that may arise
This group is a good fit for you if:
You are a parent or caregiver to a neurodiverse child or teen
You want to gain a support system with peers of similar backgrounds
Your family is experiencing stress or shame
You want to share common experiences that have been helpful for your family
This group includes:
Weekly discussions and peer support
Firsthand experiences shared by peers that have a similar background
