Rachel provides a warm, collaborative space where clients can comfortably explore their challenges. Utilizing an eclectic approach, she integrates techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, and other evidence-based modalities.
