Frank Gruebel, LMHC
Supervisor, Psychotherapist (He/ Him/ His) Frank specializes in working with individuals with chronic and terminal illnesses, as well as their caregivers. He also specializes in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and burnout. As a gay male, Frank has a particular affinity for working with the LGBTQIA+ community. His experience is with diverse populations and he feels particularly passionate about providing therapy to marginalized communities and empowering those experiencing societal oppression. Frank additionally provides couples therapy in a kink-affirming, safe, and judgment-free environment. In his couples therapy sessions, Frank explores complex communication dynamics and sex related issues. While Frank carefully tailors his sessions to meet individual needs, his approach typically includes a combination of person-centered therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). His goal is to create a supportive, empathetic atmosphere, and provide the tools necessary to cope with life stressors, produce change and growth, and empower you to become the best version of you.
