Psychotherapist (She/ Her/ Hers) Danielle works with clients navigating relationship, family, identity, and career challenges. She specializes in supporting adults and adolescents who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, panic, self-doubt, and life pressures. Danielle also works with couples, and aims to foster an environment for open and empathetic expression, using techniques from the Gottman Method to address issues of communication, intimacy, and conflict resolution. Danielle focuses on creating a welcoming space for all of her clients to express themselves, process their feelings, and learn coping skills. Danielle's approach is grounded in empathy and understanding, and she uses techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She welcomes and can utilize her client's spiritual and/or religious beliefs to support their mental health journey. Her goal is to create a warm, safe, and collaborative space that empowers her clients to foster self-acceptance, self-awareness, and meaningful change. Danielle is trained in Gottman couples therapy.
