Alexandra Campbell, LMSW
Psychotherapist
(She/ Her/ Hers)

Alexandra (preferred name Lexi) is a Licensed Master Social Worker who works with adolescents, young
adults, and adults seeking a safe space to navigate life's challenges. Lexi has experience supporting
individuals struggling with anxiety, burn-out, low self-esteem, life transitions, friendship difficulties,
romantic relationship challenges, work stress, identity exploration, and emotion regulation. Lexi
additionally specializes in supporting the neurodiverse community (Autism, ADHD, AuDHD, sensory
processing challenges, executive function difficulties, neurodivergent burn out, and more).

Lexi believes there is no right or wrong way to come to therapy, and she welcomes clients of all
backgrounds and experiences. She uses a compassionate yet pragmatic approach to ensure your time in
session feels helpful and that you leave each session with tools to reach your goals. Lexi grounds her
clinical practice in Person-Centered Therapy while also using a range of evidence-based modalities to
meet the needs of each client, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), somatic-based
work, Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as Neurodivergent
Affirming Care for the neurodiverse community.

In addition to her clinical social work training, Lexi holds a Master of Fine Arts in photography and has
over a decade of experience in the fine arts. From this experience, she learned to face challenges
creatively, and she believes that curiosity and openness to different perspectives offer opportunities for
new and deeper forms of connection to ourselves and others.

Cost for a 60-minute session: $130
