Aditi knows that starting therapy can feel unfamiliar or overwhelming, and she strives to make you feel comfortable and respected from the first contact.
Aditi works with children, teens, and adults navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem, and complex relational dynamics. Drawing from clinical experience in home, community, and academic settings, she takes an integrative, trauma-informed approach that incorporates CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic, and somatic modalities. She offers practical tools for navigating day-to-day challenges while also creating space for deeper healing and self-discovery while acknowledging your personal values and identities. Wherever you are in your journey, Aditi will meet you there with openness and nonjudgmental support.
